No More Back Pain is a 6-9 week + rehab/prehab program designed to reduce lower back pain whilst building your entire trunk and hips until they’re stronger than ever!

You’ll be back to full training in no time…

A lot of typical back treatment fails to create any last changing meaning that once the pain has settled, you go back to doing the same movements in the same way and…

…create the same pain – keeping you in and endless cycle of frustration.

If you’re sick of going around in circles, this program’s ‘movement through strength’ approach will change everything because it attempts to eliminate the most common weaknesses that put all the work on to your lower back.

Clear session layouts are provided as well as a video playlist so you know how to perform all stretches and exercises.

DESCRIPTION

3 x 2-3 week phases (this is adaptable depending on progress)

2 sessions per week (sessions can be done more each week if you have time)

Each session is designed to take 20 minutes and can be performed as a stand alone ‘workout’ or performed before other training sessions.

Each phase combines Release, Mobility, Activation and Strength exercises to gradually rebuild full function in and around your lower back.

FITNESS LEVEL

No specific fitness level required.

Please note if you have a specific/serious injury, you should consult a qualified professional for a full assessment.

REQUIREMENTS

Foam roller, hard ball (e.g. field hockey / lacrosse), resistance bands, kettlebells.

You will need dumbbells and a barbell set up in the ‘on-going’ phase for regular gym work
