Strong, Supple Shoulders

Strong, Supple Shoulders is a 6 week + rehab/prehab program designed to improve range of motion, stability and strength in your shoulders and get you back to full training.

Clear session layouts are provided as well as a video playlist so you know how to perform all stretches and exercises.

DESCRIPTION

2 x 3 week phases (this is adaptable depending on progress)

2 sessions per week (sessions can be done twice each week if you have time)

Each session is designed to take 15-20 minutes and can be performed as a stand alone ‘workout’ or performed before other training sessions.

Each phase combines Release, Mobility, Activation and Strength exercises to gradually rebuild full function in your shoulders.

FITNESS LEVEL

No specific fitness level required.

Please note if you have a specific/serious injury, you should consult a qualified professional for a full assessment.

REQUIREMENTS

Foam roller, hard ball (e.g. field hockey / lacrosse), resistance bands, kettlebells.
