DESCRIPTION
2 x 4 week phases
6 sessions per week (3 x Strength, 2 x High Intensity Conditioning, 1 x Low Intensity Cardio)
Phase 1 builds immediate gains in strength, power and stamina through a well-rounded training week.
Phase 2 injects a massive turbo boost into the foundations built in Phase 1. You will develop and test all the components needed for being an ‘all-round athlete’.
This program comes with strength and cardio tests to perform just before and just after the program, so you can clearly see the huge improvements you’ve made!
FITNESS LEVEL
Intermediate with some weights experience and solid barbell lifting technique
REQUIREMENTS
‘Functional gym’ set up with barbells, dumbbells and cardio machines (row, air bike and ski erg)
